So many fun bags! I especially love the owl on owl bag. I never think about adding applique to a patterned fabric but it totally works. Also, "rollo" is such an appropriate name  .

Where do I begin ... two mug rugs, both so different and so cute! A morsbag with crayon fabric! All those colours, so bright and cheerful. And I agree with Leslie, the handles in a different colour is a nice touch.
A little drawstring pouch, who wouldn't want one? (and yes, I love crayons too... and colouring too.. but hey, I AM a teacher  )

I got a great package from waggonswest today!  Take a look at all these goodies!

This picture shows everything together:  a super cute morsbag, an embroidered badge, a cool t-shirt scarf/necklace, a felt heart bunting, and a chicken pincushion!


She used verse that's under my profile picture for the bag--I love that! (That's the first time anyone has used it in a swap package to me--thanks, Charlene!) And, in addition to using two of my favorite colors (turquoise and pink), she incorporated my love of birds, and she says the two birds represent my two children, who have "flown" away to college!  And she included one of the "merit badges" she makes on her fancy sewing machine.  It's so cute! I've seen them in her etsy store and it is even better in person!  And what about that scarf/necklace--that is so cool!  I will wear it when I am feeling cool and confident! 


Here's a closer picture of the cute little chicken pincushion.  Waggonswest has discovered my secret love of chickens!  You can also see part of the felt heart bunting in this picture--I love it!  It has all my favorite colors in it.  I am going to put it on the mantel for Valentine's Day, but it may not come down until Christmas!
