Homerof2 makes such amazing hoops. I hope I can make them like that one day. What fabric did you use on the 2nd one?

It's 14 count aida cloth (aka cross stitch cloth) which is what I use for all my cross stitch hoops.

As Leslieshappyheart said about 4 messages ago, we did a personal swap and my items arrived today.  I'm THRILLED with them.

I received alphabet hearts with K, O and T on them, to represent my 3 kids - now before anyone says 'but Cindy, you only have 2 kids' let me add that my oldest son got married in June so I now have 3 kids  Grin

I also received heart shaped scissor fobs of a kiwi, a lime, thread and needle and she added two extras - a Canadian flag and a snowman.  The detail on these mini-hearts is amazing!!

THANK YOU so much for swapping with me!!!

Today I came home to a surprise in my mailbox from my pal FeliciaSlayDRCG...she is way too awesome! Wink

A row of tiny houses stamp and a bunting stamp! They are so great! (Although my inking skills are not so great. I was in such a hurry to try them out that I got ink onto the non-stampy parts. But you can see how cool they are anyways. Grin)

Thanks again Nikki:)

nice...I just learned how to do my own stamp carving so I am looking for easy designs...I like the bunting one and can see it used in so many ways...

the houses are cute, but probably a bit more advanced for me right now...they would be great on notecards!

I wanted to showcase some awesome extras that Thimbles71 sent me as part of an angel package for the Fabric Lover's Scavenger Hunt rd 2. She made a bunch of zippered pouches which were oh-so-classy in their black/white/grey colour scheme

and when you open them up....

Thanks so much Thimbles71 for such fabulous extras on top of the angel package! I really can't say it enough!
