My (2nd) cousin's children attend a preschool program that hosts an auction every year to benefit the school. Parents are responsible for crafting goods to sell; some even fetch upwards of 1,500 dollars! My big computer crashed (forcing me on the leeeetle netbook) so I cannot access my HUGE repository of excellent craft idea's and tutorials...So, in short, I need something easy (I don't think my cousin is a big crafter) but something that while simple is equally impressive! Thanks in advance!

What kind of things are they looking for?  What can she do in terms of skills/craftyness?

Maybe she can make a wreath - somethin Spring inspired since that is coming up?  What about a spa package - there are lots of recipes for things like scented bath salts, salt or sugar body scrubs, milk baths.  Bath bombs and melt and pour soaps are easy to make, and she can package things in a pretty basket, with some embroidered towels, scented candles, or hand knit/crocheted bath mitts, cloths, or poufs - would that be doable for her?

Can she knit or crochet - what about a simple hat/mitts/scarf set?

Are edibles an option - maybe she can make up a movie/snacks kit with a popcorn bowl, a couple of DVDs, or gift cards for rentals or purchases, some snack mixes, popcorn flavourings, candies?

If anyone is swapping with me & happens to see any of the Pickup Trucks Forever stamps on their mail - please pop them in the package for me - my hubby would love them!  Huge pre-emptive thanks

(Great suggestions for something we've got coming up ourselves ^  Thanks, Onyxnox!)

A tie blanket is easy and usually a popular item.  Has the auction already been held?

God doesn't send people to hell.  He simply honors their choice.
