01/09/12 - Fanatic Friends of Craftster Now Have the Option to Turn Off Ads!

I turned my ads off for now and will judge which I like better.  Occasionally I did see some good ads I wanted to check out so I may turn them back on later.  But it's nice to have that option.

Mine was showing ads and said "turn advertisements on" as well.  I clicked it anyway, the page reloaded and the ads were still there, but the link changed to "turn advertisements off", so I clicked on it and it worked.

Not sure if I'll keep them off, but hopefully this helps. ^_^

Wow! I've been on half an hour now and can't believe how fast Craftster has become w\out the advertisements. Yeow!  All of a sudden the speed of light!

So I gave it almost a month without ads and I really liked the clean look and feel of it but I just kept thinking - what if I'm missing out on some cool things - so I turned them back on today.  I'll judge over the next month which I like best.

I'm not even going to go a month with the ads on because I already know I like it better without them.  90% of the time it's just the same ads anyway (Tophatter Auctions and Dress911) so what's the point.
