unsurprisingly I didn't get anywhere close to 12 quilts in 2012...and now I am procrastinating rather than quilt a top I have pinned together..and it is a christmas eve present...OK time to get off the computer and sew!

I'm at 7 completed quilts for the year and one I'm hoping to get bound before christmas.  Not too shabby.  I did a mug rug this week, but totally forgot to take a picture of it before sending it off  Roll Eyes

Is it terrible I'm already thinking of a list for next year?

no Cheesy...

I am moving all of my unfinished quilt tops to 2013!  I actually made over 16 quilt tops but did not finish them...ugh...

edelc--such a lovely quilt in blues!  I did the same pattern in greens!

I did manage to finish and send off this holiday tree wall quilt in a swap with LimeRiot!  It is only 2x3 so the chevron quilting was a breeze! Cheesy

Always- I can't seem to make just tops, in general, I feel like I have at least start basting before I move on to the next one.  Maybe I should do more tops in 13 and see if I can talk my sister in law into doing them on her long arm machine Tongue

I lose interest after I finish a top...I love the designing, the finding of fabrics, the cutting and the piecing...then poof--into a huge box it goes...but, seeing finished quilts and having friends egg me on will help me get them done! Cheesy

Always - you need to find some friends that love the quilting part and let them quilt your tops Cheesy

Yeah Edel!

Definitely not terrible to be thinking of next year's list...unless I'm terrible too, lol! I have a bunch of new baby quilts to make, a charity project to do (which a friend with a long arm wants to quilt, yay!), a quilt for myself, and that doesn't even count the list of what I didn't finish this year.

I love that one, Always!
