I am not sure how to do this so please be patient if I mess this up!  LOL
I had this idea for a swap and am not sure how it would be taken but here goes.

How about a swap where everyone crafts things specific to their home?   I know that there are many different locations around the world represented in the Craftster  Community... so why not a swap that represents that?   

An example...say you are from Australia...kangaroos, wallabies and huge spiders could all be a plushie.

Another... say you are from Paris, France.... cafe`s, Eiffel Tower, and feather light pastries...maybe a few recipes or a water color painting.

Any how, it was a thought that I had and know I would love to be a part of as I love learning and seeing new places.   What do you think?

That's a neat idea! if you made it a "small" item swap, you could do partner groups. Each person could send to 3 or 4 people and get back 3 or 4 items from different places.

That sounds really cool!!   I am just not sure if enough people would be interested in this or not.   Plus as I am new to all of this I don't think I am ready(or able) to organize a swap.

If you do it similar to what banana731 said, I'd be interested. I'd be willing to do up to 6 items.

Funny, I don't remember being absentminded...

I need a skein (two would be great) of Knit Picks Gloss Bare sock weight to finish a shawl.
