First, congrats on the big day. Second, I love the lace insert and the lines of the bodice. So sweet, romantic feel. I also love that even though you went small, you still had the wedding you dreamed of.

You shouldn't have any problem dying the silk. It's a natural fiber and you're starting off with a light color that will be easy to change. I'd recommend practicing first though, so your dress doesn't turn out splotchy.

As for the lace, it probably won't take dye too well. Most lace nowadays is synthetic, so while you might be able to tint it in a dye bath don't expect the color to be as vibrant as on the silk. If you have any pieces of the lace leftover I would to a test in the dye beforehand!

In many hours of looking for wedding dress inspiration, this is the closest I've come to exactly what I want. So lovely, the lace is beautiful. Hope I can pull off something as nice!

The lace gives the dress a lovely lightness. It's a gorgeous design.

Congratulations on your marriage.  Cheesy

I think it looks rather lovely. Your dress is perfect for the courthouse. It's pretty and matches the older style of the building.
