I pretty much learned how to crochet just to make this dog! He took me a few days to make spread out over my winter vacation, and I just finished him 5 or so days ago. I hope I can just get better from here..

Comments (and criticisms) are encouraged! Smiley

I understand why you wanted to learn how to crochet to do this dog, because he's super cute!
You did a great job, stitches are regular, members are well balanced and sewn.
I love his moving eyes, his drooping ears and his big nose too.
I hope that he would not be your last amigurumi, and that to do this one will give you the desire to do many other.
I can't wait to see them  Wink

Great job for ur first! Once you crochet for a while, you will complete projects faster. Hehe when I started out, I made so many mistakes and it took awhile to redo it correctly. Good luck!
