Hello!
I started this project with something completely different in mind.
long story short, these were supposed to be lightweight plaid patchwork scarves (gifts for my aunts)... but alas twas not meant to be, the fabric I bought was to heavy, my sewing machine would not cooperate etc... after many failed attempts, I gave up my original plan and, in an attempt not to waste the fabric I already had... I came up with these

lined with super fluffy fleece and embellished with embroidery floss and felt.

I'm very happy to say my aunts LOVE them!, so all was not lost:)

also I have some of the fleece left over... I'm thinking fluffy shorts!

Comments and Critiques always welcome!
