Hello!
Some days ago, I found an interesting item in this webside and decided to make my own version. The original one was from omgmarissa (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=367826.0)

This is the result:









The small balls are decorative and also can be used to adjust the ribbons.

Maybe you can make that with a baby-size hat... I'm afraid that a regular one would be too big
