I had planned on started sign-ups next week but there isn't much interest here.

All you really need is a few people, and it looks like you have at least 4. You could just do a small swap.

I think this would work with just a few involved --
you could even ask if folks wanted multiple partners, no?
Also, not everyone reads this board and I've found that sometimes
once I get the nerve to throw a swap up on the active swaps board,
folks notice & join....

Yay!  I personally find the really big ones kind of intimidating.  There are some that look kind of interesting, but the rules make them pretty scary to this particular newbie.
