For New Years, I wore a slightly strange but cool-to-me outfit. Some people were like HUH? and others were like WOAH! I'd been dying to make a miniature top hat and built my whole outfit around it. Cardboard, black broadcloth, stretch lace, organza, and a watch-face button from RangerBeth.
