I've been away from Craftster for a bit.... log on today and see this swap!!  You always have such cool swap ideas    Maybe this is what I need to bring me out of my hole!  I have better internet access now, with wifi being hooked up at the house within the week!!!

I very barely practiced last summer.  This year I'm focusing on learning hoop isolations develop more of a flow with the hoop in general.   I'd like to become a bit more advanced with poi (I'm intermediate-ish right now).  And learn buugeng.  I've had a set for a couple of years but I'm having a lot of trouble with it.

I practice off and on... sometimes I'm just not feeling it for maybe even weeks at a time.  Then, like a switch has flipped, I won't miss a day for a week or more.  Ahhh, the ebb and flow

I don't know what kind of good videos are on YouTube though, I haven't been on there in a while.

The buugeng looks like it would be a lot of fun in the future. I'm having trouble trying to learn poi's. I met a women who got lesson for her children and they are very good, but she will not tell anyone who gave the lessons.
