Ongoing ATC Swap discussion thread for 2012!

So one of spikefan's partners, thriftymissy, has seen to gone MIA and never sent spikefan an ATC in June's ATC Swap.  Would someone be willing to send spikefan a replacement card?  It doesn't have to be for the same theme, anything off of spikefan's list would be fine!  Please pm me and let me know if you are willing!

Man, we were so close to having a flake free swap this month!  Geez!

Hello Craftster my old friend! It's been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long! I want to start swapping again, but I'm afraid of the addictiveness of it 

So for now I just want to stop by to say "hi" and I will probably be back soon! I have some big life changes right now so I don't want to over stress myself, if I still feel up to it I will join mid-July

Just wanted to let everyone participating in July's round that i swear I am not slacking!! I've been down and out and then found out I have tonsillitis, which i do not recommend, hurts like a bitch. The pain pills make me a bit loopy, but I think i am sorting things out. Things should be up to date in an hour or so!

Hi all,

I've been in the habit of making themed page-a-day calendars for swaps over the years, and it would be awesome to make/have a calendar with 365 days of ATC prints swapped by Craftster people! (and maybe other images of mail art such as inchies, too)

Though I can use a lot of what I've made, I certainly haven't made 365 ATCs (and not half that many that I'm really proud of!)  I would like to ask your permission to reprint up to 10 of your ATCs (or other small, awesome mail art) off the internet so that a variety of artists can be represented.  Artists' name and screenname would be listed with each image, and if there's a title to the artwork to be found, I would list that, too.

This project is not going to be put up for sale, and I would not be claiming any rights to use your art, name, etc. beyond this one 2013 calendar project. It will stay within the Craftster community. I would, however, like to print out more than one calendar, to offer in Craftster swaps around the end of the year, for swap partners who would appreciate this kind of thing. Or, even better, offer it as a prize for a relevant Craftster.org craft challenge.

Unfortunately I don't think I can afford to send a completed calendar to all the collaborators...tho ugh I would really like to! Maybe something could be worked out, though...I just don't want any money getting involved.

Another idea I'm toying with is creating an actual photo book on Blurb or one of the other self-publishing websites, with art of any Craftster members who wanted to contribute, and then anyone can purchase a copy from that company itself (again, no money coming my way, since this is just a fun crafting project for me, and I would be out no money at all with this option).

For the moment, if you are willing to have 1-10 of your mail art pieces included in my 2013 Craftster calendar, please contact me here or by PM. If the book idea sounds of interest, I'm happy to hear your ideas about that, too. I will cross-post this on the Papercrafts discussion board.

Could they be ones we sent on here and have the image of or do we need new ones. I would let you use mine. I think it's a fun idea and a way to get more people interested in ATC's!
