So I really like to make stencils and when I came across a ton of old books, I knew it was time. Each page is sprayed with a metallic mixture to add some interest to the background. All of these were done on an old Russian book I got at a yard sale and filled in with a mixture of Sharpie and paint pens. They all fit in 5"x7" frames. I made a dozen different people but I won't overwhelm you with them all!

Frank Sinatra(I'm a Jersey girl)

Bill Murray

Jim Morrison

Johnny Cash(close up so you can see the metallic spray)

Please let me know what you think!  Grin

They look fascinating. Did you make the stencils yourself or get them from somewhere.

Look twice, buy once. Nooooo
Look twice, decide I can make one instead.

My friend gave me a huge folder of stencils. I know she made some but I am sure she found some others!

I like it! The background is intriguing and not disturbing, if you know what I mean!

Great idea, thanks for posting!  Cheesy
