I finally made time to get back to my stitching and plan to finish it within 2012.

Here's a refresher picture of my first page:

Keep it going!

I started my final page yesterday! Yay Yay Yay! After 6 years of working, finally. Of course, that final page is only an illusion, as I still have an identical set of pages with the backstitch. But I am happy nonetheless!

Everyones projects are looking nicely!!

Well I have an update for you!! I have completed 7/25 pages now--slightly behind since Christmas and video games were getting in the way! Not much added to the image-- just LOTS of white!! I hope to have another update soon and maybe more of the image!!

Homerof2- that looks really nice so far.  I like the colors!

Somewhere within moving, trying to find a new car, working, and generally going crazy, I was able to start my Snow White kit.  It started off a little shakey because I miss-counted and had to rip some stitches out, but now that I remember how to count, it's smooth sailing.

I did all this last night.  Considering my cross stitch track record, that's pretty good for me.

I had the day off today and I'm freaking out about some stuff so I was trying to keep my mind off of it with some cross stitch.  So here's what Snow White looks like now:

Thanks everyone!  I've been trying to work on it every day.  I was sick the last couple days, but I still made myself stitch a few rows a day.

FYI to anyone else that wants to tackle Snow White (and probably the rest of the Thomas Kincade Disney series), sort your thread in very good lighting.  They do well with not putting "light yellow" and "very light yellow" in the same hank.  However, when colors like "very dark gray" and "very dark gray blue" are in the same hank it's really hard to tell them apart.  So I thought I'd pass that along.
