Pegasus the winged horse, in gouache, pen and ink

Pegasus has always been one of my favourite mythical beasts. The thought of a powerful, lightning-quick horse mounting the sky on soft feathered wings just fills be with joy.

So, in keeping with my foray into relief painting, I created this homage to my dear mythical friend.



I submitted him as a part of a TAFE assignment which earned me a good mark but I have hoarded him away for now, afraid to put him up without a frame.
