(I have to say though, when I read "granny bunting" the image I got was Betty White playing football)

Huh I have no idea who Betty White is. If it's any excuse I'm English & don't have a TV  Cheesy

Great bunting, Kookaloo - I would never have thought of making crocheted flags  Cheesy
Grin me either but I'm good at jumping on other peoples bandwagons  Wink

cursive_queen - I like a nice big scarf myself, I like to be warm when it's cold out.[/color]

Love the huge scarf...the Dr. Who scarf I am finishing up is about 14 inches wide...I imagine it would be nice and warm --and the color is lovely!

The bookmark swaps always make me happy--such cute ideas AND...people are still reading BOOKS...I love the turtle fabric!

Just popping in with a quick pillowcase project for ConKerr.  It's not the most exciting, but they're always in need of more "boy" pillowcases.  You'll probably be seeing more of these as the month progresses.  They are super-quick, and a great way of using up fun prints that I can't leave in the store but also have no idea how to use for myself.

Ok instead of posting to all the boards I belong to, I will just post the link. I used a good amount of yarn stash to bust out these amigurumis of Futurama's Fry & Leela.

Ok so I love the lelia and fry. so cute

I had to post I just finished my green blanket. I am so proud of it I just have to take some pics and make my husband pose for me lol. It isnt as big as I hoped but it is a perfect lap size. It is truly a sampler I tried out 5 sqares so there are five rows of 5 squares. Nice and warm. Cant wait to show pics. Plus since I finished in march it can fall into the green catagory for me.

destashers I have done a terrible thing! Out of necessity I had to go to get some buttons... To get the required number of buttons on cards it would have cost 12 dollars. So I begrudgingly grabbed them... Then I walked around the corner and there were mixed bags of buttons for only 9 dollars. And since the buttons won't be seen I figured that in a 250g bag (I think about 9oz?) there should be a sufficient number of 3/4" buttons. I was right, but I now have 9oz of buttons (minus 20).

Looking for teal/turquoise/aqua, grey and white (or a combo) fabric for a quilt.

My son loves Peppa Pig's brother George and Raa Raa the noisy lion.
