I have an endless supply of hotpink lycra with seahorses and seashells and no idea what to make with it  Roll Eyes I never even made the swimsuit I bought it for. I needed a couple of yards, I got 40 for £5  Grin

Book covers for a girls' school books?  A table cover for use whenever hot glue or paint are involved?  It stretches, so it should stay taut, if you design it kind of like a fitted sheet...  Just a few pennies for what to do with a yard or two...

I don't know any school aged girls & it is extremely rare I paint anything so that would be just crafting for craftings sake. Nice ideas though!
I'll probably end up donating most it to the charity shop.

Busted some stash today by making myself a tunic. I drew around one of my thermal t-shirts, extended the length & altered the sleeves. I FREAKING LOVE IT. I need to get some Fray Check or sew my loose ends in but I don't want to take it off now to do it  Grin
it's more vibrant IRL the pic makes it look almost pastel pale but it's not, its juicy and bright  Grin

Everything has been so wonderful so far I fear to comment on each thing for fear of missing someone's lovely creations so blanket adoration it is! I haven't been as productive as I had hoped but I have done a few things here they are:

In February's theme they are either red or for a loved one as well as some dots.

Crocheted heart garland

Valentine's scratcher cards

and yes I noticed I had one of the cards put together upside down, but he didn't mind.

A running joke amongst friends lol Baby's first tabard

Gomerrific, the garland is so cute! But I have to ask, what are scratcher cards? Are they like scratch-and-sniff, or more like lottery cards?

Kookaloo_Starr, I luurrrve the shirt! That's a great idea and makes me wish I had a serger! Also the hot pink lycra made me laugh--why is it that whenever we end up with stuff we can't use, there's always TONS of it? Like as in, "Why did I EVER think I was going to need that much baby-poop brown felt?!?!"

Well I managed to finish a purse from stash a while ago and have been toting it around since. I posted about it here:

Under each of the pink hearts is something that is a gift for him. You scratch off the pink paint and it reveals it just like a lotto scratcher or whatever they're called! lol I saw it on here. You mix two parts paint and one part dish soap and paint 3 or 4 layers on packing tape, then stick it on top of the written "prize" shape (in this case hearts) and cut out then stick it to whatever. It was a lot of fun to make.
