ysmeine,  That's a brilliant idea!  I think I might borrow it and make a few to display some scarves I've been making Cheesy

Are there any guidelines on "polka dots"? Or, providing it's dottyish, does that work?

I dropped off 5 more pet beds to the animal shelter this afternoon. They were so excited to get them & said the animals loved the other ones I dropped off a few weeks ago. So of course, now I want to look on etsy for destash lots & buy more yarn, haha. I've still got quite a lot to destash, though, and my grandma already told me that I'm getting some yarn for my birthday.

I love those coasters! In fact, a long time ago I made a few out of my own scraps, but they weren't circles:

See how they're all scrunched up and not flat? They were so small that I didn't quilt them and they've been used a LOT since then!  Grin I just throw them in the wash when I'm done. But that's ok, I love them anyway.

nisforneville, what are these destash lots? I am intrigued...

I agree with Belladune, those are a great idea, ysmeine. I may also have to steal that idea.

Ooh, those are cute, CLM!

that1girl, the hearts are cute. The hat and mitts look great. Did you use a pattern? I need to start practicing my colorwork.

That hat is gorgeous, beautiful.

And from the sublime to the ridiculous, I've been destashing some of my mistakes and this one definitely counts as red...

the set is cairn by Ysolda Teague. this is the easiest colorwork. you switch colors every couple of rows and use slip stitch.
