I'm working on an artist costume for my TOPS presentations, the apron is almost done, and now onto the berret
 I have to work this afternoon so didn't want to get into any largish projects, but tomorrow I MUST finish the _______ {swap item} and get it sent off on Thursday, I need to stop procrastinating.

Finished another Doctor Who alien from a free pattern I found on ravelry. This time it's an ood! I had to do the "flesh" in white, because the cream yarn I have is too thin and wasn't turning out right. I didn't want to make a special trip to buy "flesh" colored yarn, because this didn't use up *that* much of my stash.



I think next will be a scrap yarn afghan or maybe I'll do some scarves for the homeless. I'm ready to crochet something that I don't need to pay close attention to a pattern.

I've never seen barefoot sandals -- those are so pretty!

And the bag is great. I am working on a "totally from my upholstry stash" bag, too! (I have a terrible addiction to the upholstry remnant table at my local fabric store...)

There's nothing terrible about it   They're always such lovely pieces they have to be rescued from the remnant bin  

Started last night, darned ends in whilst having a cuppa this morning before hubby went to work. I love this ribbon yarn but wouldn't want to do a big project with it. I was given two skeins by a mate, one is lost in Yarnia so the headband isn't quite as wide as I would have liked but the bonus is there was absolutely no waste

LOL!  Totally needed that   BTW, everyone call me DD.  It is so much shorter. 

Today is a day I set aside specifically for crafting- WOOT!  Now, let's see if life allows that...
