Loving the apron, My mother never used one growning up and she ended up spattering things constantly. But when I got my own place I use one all the time, for cooking, baking and even for dishes. And your apron would make for a peaceful day in the kitchen.

The quilt is amazing, I would call it stash but I do agree that is a pretty quick turn around, I have a quilt top I finished in 07 that never got a back or binding.

Baby booties are so cute. Gotta love when you try something new and it works out the way you hoped.

That is a BEAUTIFUL quilt!!! I agree - a fast turn around (I still have one was crocheting on when pregnant with son... who is now almost 24 y/o!)  Wink

The booties are adorable - and they both look the same - and without a pattern! Too cool!!!!

Thank you all for the comments on my apron!

That1girl - everything is cute, but I have to say I love the bags and the hats Smiley

My FIRST mug rugs. I have a feeling there will be more. Wink I did post more info on my blog (ie: where, and how long I have had the material... and how I made it).

But here they are! And GREEN! (with blues, yellows and LOTS of colours - hehe)

The back really is green - it just isn't showing right in the pictures!

and the "required" action shot Wink

So much great stuff in here! I'm always impressed with how prolific this thread is...

I've done a ton of work but only destashed the teensiest bit of stuff, lol.
Some wee embroidered and beaded pouches, they're all designated gifts.

I did send off a few boxes of supplies to various people, that made a bigger dent than I ever do on any of my own projects, lol. Have to try a mug rug next. That's about the right size for one of my projects, ha ha ha!

I love your apron, col! Really great colors.
Super cute mug rugs.

Great quilt, gaudi! So pretty.

ysmeine, that baby is going to look so adorable in the hat and booties! So cute!

that1girl, very pretty quilt. The pill box hats are adorable.

clm, i think i have a crush on your TM pouches. I see why you wanted to keep the rainbow one with the swirl... I love everything about it. I think it's time to make my first patches because now i think i need a pouch... I just love everything you do.

I've said it before, but i'll say it again... i so admire everyone who quilts. So much!

When i babysit my niece, we like to do projects. For the past several days, we've been making collages. I have tons of magazines saved up... some of them from high school, even. So, i'm glad to be using some of them up finally.
I made three. She made... a lot more than that. Cheesy

And mine:

This little guy, i started last year. I left him unstuffed because i was going to embroider a face, but i just never did. I pulled him out yesterday and decided to forget the face and just stuff him.
His colors were inspired by Polykarp, a garden gnome from a German novel i read in high school. He has a blue hat, red vest, green pants, and a pipe. i need to find him a tiny pipe.
