I've been using some of my coloured lace, broken jewellery & buttons to make roses for hair clips.

My favourites are the blue one and the dark green one (which looks brown in the pics)  Smiley Smiley

Those lace rose hair clips are beautiful! And broken jewelry and buttons are the best craft supplies ever, aren't they?

So havnt posted in here in a while, I have been working on swap stuff. I am making 2 cupcake dolls and one poppet from stash material. The yarn for their hair is stash as well. And the outfit for the one is stash material. I am also making a Pirate hat for a personal swap from stash. Once they are all done I will post pics.

I have a poppet in progress too Beth. She is supposed to be a dragon but I'm struggling to make good wings.

Ooh, I love the rosettes, Kookaloo. They would be very nice on a jacket, too.

I'm sure you can dye the lace Always but I don't have any suggestions what products to use. I can only buy Dylon locally.

My Poppet  Smiley she still needs hair & some sort of clothing  Roll Eyes She's not perfect but neither am I  Cheesy
