Floral prints are in this year!  I think they are happy colors and the shape is very flattering for prints...I do not like the black as much as yours!  Lucky you to get free fabric!

kookaloo - that top is really fun!  You could always wear a long sleeve top under it while it's still cool, or a cardigan over the top Smiley

I have a purple jersey cardi with the same sort of shape that should work well with it. It never even crossed my mind cursive_queen  Roll Eyes

Hey! It's me again! I'm sorry I know this is (once again) not theme related BUT it is entirely stash busted including the wire I busted from my mums stash to shape the eyes. It's for a masquerade themed party I am attending in May. Hope you like it, I think I may need to control my masses of hair when I wear this one.

Spring cleaning Sunday yielded 3 lbs 13 ozs of fabric to send out to someone who can use it. LOL, I am still working on the craft room so still busting the yarn. I will try to do a project specifically for this thread and for spring. Clean and paint the rooms in my poppet house. Use up stash items for furniture. This year is already flying by.

Love those flip flops!
Very nice swingy summer top.
And that is some kinda mask, wow. Looks like a lot of work for sure.

Thanks for all the feed back on the tshirt yarn tutorial, I'm glad you like it. I tried to be as detailed as possible. I'm an experienced stitcher and pattern drafter so I can usually figure out or fudge a tute that's not quite clear but I always think about the newbies who are throwing their hands up in dismay when all the steps aren't clear. I wanted mine to be crystal Wink.

I can't believe the April theme. No, seriously, when do I EVER make something that fits with a theme of any kind? LOL. But look what I've been in the studio finally working on today...

Yellow, the great outdoors, spring cleaning (not even stuff that could go to the thrift store, more like what any other person would consider trash!)
These are the teensiest little scrappy scraps from that fleece quilt project last year, I just could Not throw them away. Plus two giant light blue tshirts from my stash And two light blue zips. These are going to be cushion covers for friends that got married last year (oops, on time for the 1st anniversary anyhow). I just have to zig zag around all the bits (they're stuck on with wunder under already), finish the zips and stitch up the sides.

Plus I've worked out a tutorial for making panties out of old tshirts (these have been cut out and waiting to be pieced together for YEARS!). I'd so appreciate feedback as this is a bit more complicated than making tshirt yarn, lol. Please let me know if anything isn't clear etc.
