I do so love Jayne... the hero of canton. So many great quotes...

"Hell, I'll kill a man in a fair fight... or if I think he's gonna start a fair fight, or if he bothers me, or if there's a woman, or if I'm gettin' paid - mostly only when I'm gettin' paid."

"10 percent of nothing is... let me do the math here... nothing, and a nothing... "

"Not as deceiving as a low down, dirty... deceiver."

"I married me a powerful ugly creature."

I do so love Jayne... and Vera... yep

So I have to admit, I had no idea what "Jayne" was and so I googled it. Ok, so apparently it's a hat pattern but, um, why? Huh

Glad to see I wasn't the only one in the dark about that one. Lol

I have absolutely no need for felt food, but Atsuko does it so well I find myself longing for it anyway.
My feeling exactly! They are so "fun"-ny- I wish I had a child to make them for!

Hehe, what does your name bananaleg mean?
Haha! I used to belong to another forum, and we were talking about our nicknames. So, i threw out a couple, but said i love nicknames and will answer to pretty much anything. One of my friends asked, "So, if i started calling you Bananaleg, you'd just go with it?"
I've been bananaleg ever since. Haha. It was kind of perfect since i already loved bananas.

aw, cute!

Man, I've been hearing a lot about Firefly.  The main guy is cute...maybe I should try to find it on DVD.

Felt food ain't just for kids!   Would you guys be interested in adult felt food...baked brie, wine, lobster?  Smiley

I received 2 wonderful packages!!

And from whats_her_name I received uber craft supplies spoilage!!
First this lovely lego man mold for my soap adventures!
Then this awesome fabric to make a dress for my niece with!  Her dad (my brother) loves Space Invaders!!
And finally the pattern for these lovely felt creatures!

Thank you Karrie and Robin for such great packages!!  Have a wonderful, crafty day!!

I just love supplies, and I love to give supplies - and with my upcoming vacation, I figured that supply claims were the way to go right now!!  I'm so glad you like everything and I'm really looking forward to seeing your cool lego man crayons, the Space Invaders dress and your felt critters - everything's going to be fab!!

Enjoy!!!

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

Ah, ok. I have to admit I just don't "get" the whole Firefly thing. I like Joss Whedon - heck I own all seasons of Buffy and the complete boxed set of Angel on dvd - but Firefly I just didn't like. *shrugs* So the Firefly references just go over my head. Grin

My friend isn't into Firefly either.  I don't know why I love it.  I just do.

I'm going to work on luckdragon's claim tonight.  Maybe if I really apply myself...I can ship out tomorrow.  We shall see.  Currently my health law and reg class is about to start...so I suppose it depends on how much my mind is turned to mush.  Wink

I love my supplies!!  Thank you for spoiling me Karrie!!  My brother thought the space invaders fabric was the coolest and can't wait to see the dress my friend is going to sew for his daughter with it.  Smiley  I have to find some good wool felt for my critters!!  Smiley  And hopefully start on the lego crayons soon!!

Cheesy and I LOVE Firefly, and have never got into Buffy or Angel at all - funny how some things just click for us and others really don't!
