Recently I decided that I wanted an accent wall in our master bedroom.  I was inspired by geometric shapes!  Here is the finished wall!



It took a lot of time (about 7 hours total), a lot of blue painters tape, and a lot of patience!! I specifically measured each of my pieces of tape to make uniform boxes, used a laser level to make straight lines, and then got my paint on!!

What a project, indeed.  It's fantastic.
(I like how the power outlet is centered in the motif.)

Love it - has a very art deco feel too it.

I've been contemplating doing a wall similar to this in my craft room, but... I'm lazy.
