For Christmas, I made my brother-in-law and his wife a Big Bang Theory basket and my favorite item in the basket was the rubix cube tissue box cover. This was my first attempt using plastic canvas and I found the pattern on Etsy.

I also included:
a Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake
coasters of the cast, Rock paper scissors lizard spock picture, the Friendship Algorithm, and a wanted poster of Schodinger's Cat "wanted dead and alive,"
a pennyblossom
a plastic bag from the comic book store with the cast dressed as superheroes
tattooed sleeves with a label reading "Wolowitz goes goth"
a little santa bag full of tea bags with a note reading "Social protocol dictates that when a friend is upset you offer them a hot beverage such as tea"
Milkduds with a label reading "The most apologetic of the boxed candies"

The gift was inspired by the Big Bang Theory swaps I've seen on Craftster and this clock that GrindHouseHussy made but I didn't get a chance to make but I love it.

The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. . . . I would rather have cheese.

Thanks. It's not incredibly difficult but it is really different from counted cross stitch because you can't just count the squares, you have to count the corners where the thread crosses over. That's the only thing I struggled with.

I LOVE THIS!
I've been wanting to make one of these for a while. Now that the show is in syndication the cube mocks me just about everyday of the week.

Great work!

Coool!

I was just looking for pictures myself on the net and tv (just to make sure the pattern is correct  Wink ).
There are a lot of BBT cubes on the net. Yours seems to be exactly the one used on tv.

I guess Im going to craft one on my own for my nightstand, too.

Very nicely done! Congrats!
