I was just wondering if anyone knows were I can find a pattern similar to this dress on the picture?  Huh

 You are not going to find that exact pattern, but you can draft it yourself.
Get a basic strapless dress pattern with a natural waistline. Cut it out in your own size in a cheap throw away fabric. Then, drape the pleated layers with chunks of fabric, pinned to the base. Mark the points of the skirt shaping, and blend the lines together. Draw a smooth curves hemline, and find the center point. This way you use only half of the skirt to change the pattern.
  Mark the draped pieces with ink, cut away on lines and trace on paper. Make sure to add back in your seam allowances.
You can do this on yourself in the mirror, if the base dress fits. Or have someone help you. Tip: The draped pieces need to be cut on the true bias.

You would need to alter the skirt, but that can be done with a little work following the directions that the OP posted.
