So a few weeks ago I went to a store and immediately fell in love with a painting i saw, only to be heartbroken with a $160 price tag. Sorry. I was not going to pay that much. Instead, I went to Michael's and got six scrapbooking papers and a canvas. Went home tore up pieces, looked up a silhouette for a bird, cut that out with an exacto knife and used my lovely modge podge and bam! I have myself some new art decoration Grin

Love this! I'm actually trying something similar for my blank living room walls. I just have to pick something the hubs will approve of lol. You did a fantastic job.

In so many ways! He never "cares" about how I decorate- until I lay out my idea and get ready to do it, then it's umm that's girly or how old are you 90? LOL Smiley
