it's simple, but gets the job done.  made using the zippered pouch tutorial and my brand new zipper foot.  two pieces of tyvek postal envelope and 1 thrifted green zipper= my new pencil case/makeup bag.

That's cool... and it looks pretty easy! Now you have to stick postage stickers (the ones that say RUSH DELIVERY or FRANGILE or AIR MAIL) all over it.. lol.

stickers sound like a good idea, but i'm afraid they'll start peeling off in my purse.

You could scan in the stamps/stickers, and print them off on iron-on paper.

tyvek is the material that usps express envelopes are made out of. you can get some from their website for free.

I heard tyvek was waterproof, flameproof, tearproof paper. Is that true?
