So... I am addicted to sewing I think! Got my new machine(not new, but new to me post about that in the sewing machine board). Anywho I just got a new camera this week also, and even though it has a hard case for it I wanted to make a bag for the case, charger, and cables. Well I looked at a bunch of online tuts for something to use. I ultimately found this on here http://ayumills.blogspot.com/2010/08/tutorial-patchwork-wristlet.html I don't have a cutting mat or rotary cutter yet, so I didn't want to tempt fate and try to make the actual patch work one she made. I just quilted my own fabric with some interfacing, I just free handed it. It looks kind of silly but it works. LOL

Anyways! On to some pictures!

This shows the overall design. And the strap. I've never done a zipper before and didn't know how to actually measure the fabric to allow for enough seam allowance. I broke my first needle!

I didn't add the pockets that were in the tute either. I just wanted a plain lining. This shows the inside with my camera case, charger and cable.

Better picture of the inside and how well it fits everything.

I am super proud of it! It's not even close to perfect... Oh well!  Grin
