I made this to sell at a local craft show and she didn't sell.

If you ask me, I think the location of where your items were placed was part of the problem.

I was there on the Sunday of the show and between the place being so crowded and where your stuff was in that tiny room on the bottom shelves, I bet a lot of people missed them. I was specifically looking for your stuff and had a hard time finding it.

But I do think she rocks!

I'm going to my first one in September, the Strange Folk Festival over in O'Fallon...I'm terrified.

Originally I wanted to do Rock & Roll, but then when I thought about how it was set up, with everyone's stuff mixed together, I decided I wasn't comfortable with it. Strange Folk will be the traditional set up with everyone having their own table.

Some of my stuff is so tiny, I worry about it being tucked into peoples' pockets when I'm not looking.

I don't really like any of the names I've come up with, but its to hard to come up with something else, so I'll stick with it.

I'm excited about Strange Folk...I think the fee is $38 and I'm getting a 6ft by 2 ft table that's in a tent...works for me and I don't have to set anything up or take it back down. That appeals to my
lazy side! They are targeting the same audience as Rock-n-Roll, so I think it will be good.

Do you use Amaryllisroze?  I like that.  It's simple, easy to pronounce and memorable.  My friend that is in advertising helped me come up with mine.

I just sent in my application for Strangefolk, so hopefully I will get in.  My uncle has a pop-up tent and a few tables, so I should be good to go.  As long as I am accepted.  Hate the waiting period.  Ugh!!!

I have a blog that is Sentimementos, which no one, including myself can pronounce...so I'm probably just going to  stick with Amaryllisroze. I had convinced a friend a long time ago that my given name was Amaryllis (its Amy) and Roze is the beginning of my last name, so it works.

I like Sentimementos, but Amaryllisroze works well too!
