My SIL has recently discovered Twilight, and has become a twi-hard in the worst way. We just purchased a house and have diddly squat to spend on xmas gifts this year. So...I found these frosted cupboard doors on our version of craigslist for free and decided to try something I had seen on a site that linked back to Etsy http://asktheebayqueen.com/tag/insipired-crafts/ . Anyway, here it is!

aND THIS IS WHAT IT STARTED AS...A FREE CUPBOARD, AND A DRAWN OUT HAND.

Whether you like the series or not that is pretty amazing! You've inspired me to give something like this a try! Nice work, she'll love it!

That is awesome. I am not into the movies but my best friend LOVES them I may do something like this for her for her birthday. Maybe not the whole thing, but something that looks like stained glass. What kind of paints did you use and what kind of paint for the black around the hands? GREAT job!

Acrylic mixed with a little bit of  glue for the black...and same thing for the color, just more clear gel glue, and less acrylic paint. Smiley

I'm not a twilight fan. Just putting that out there lol. But even with that fact, I must say this came out beautifully! I love how mystical it looks Smiley
