I recently got an ibook as a graduation gift and I'm travelling soon and wanted to take my new baby with me. However, I despise "breifcases" and want it to fit into my carry on. So I made a protective case for it. It's got foam in it for a little extra padding to keep it safe.

I still have a little work to do to clean up the inside, but you get the idea

I was considering making one with handles, but this one doesn't have them. It's just to protect it inside my bag when I travel.

Eee, it's lovely!  When you have to take your laptop out separately at the airport security, I bet everyone will go "oooh, ahhh".

Seriously, it looks SUPER professional!  the kind of thing you buy at expensive hipster boutiques. Smiley
