Can I add orange zest to melt & pour soap?
Do I need to dry it first?  or do anything so it won't mold or get weird?

Yes, you can add zest, but make sure it's dried - otherwise, you'll introduce bacteria into the mix.   Also, the zest will probably change the color of your soap.  Hope this helps.

Did you ever make this? I'd love to see pics!

I use dried, ground orange zest in my Gardener's Scrub CP bar to help hold onto the scent and for scrubbiness!
