I have not posted pics of anything yet because I am still having computer/camera issues...very frustrating...but I will get past it soon.

I could not resist...at the quilt show I attended, there was a booth with all leftovers from other people's projects...I got a giant sized baggie with embroidery thread--brand new and never used--for 50 cents!!  Most of it was greens, but there were also about 10 skeins of pinks and 10 skeins of yellows/golds...I got them to make some of those crochet flowers...thanks for the link, that1girl...such cute clips, too!

Finally!  I am able to download my camera onto my computer!

Here is how I used a bit of my embroidery thread and felt stash:

Jar lid pincushions

Blue mermaids--I made six of different mermaids in squares...as suggested, I am making a quilt for my great niece.

Hello all, how is the destashing going?  I have done pretty well; so well that I am almost getting round to needing to buy in new threads.  Obviously the Springsteen project is ticking along in the background (the main consumer of my threads!), but here is one of my latest makes with a bit of terrible photoshopping!

I am working on a couple of letter projects. It was nice to use such bright colours on this one though!

Oooh I love the sesame street hoop!  The kit one is very clever too; especially how the text overlaps.  I like them a lot.
