my goodness--that is so lovely!  It looks like a HUGE project to me...

the hearts were simply gorgeous! Glad you still like pink!

that1girl--love the cats...I also love using fabric for background instead of just white!

you hoopla gals are amazing...such variety in that swap...

klking--I remember when you broke your foot!  You were a knitting machine! and, yeah, I was in a sand storm while visiting Phoenix...one of the most unpleasant things to ever go through...who knew sand could hurt that much!? Ouchy!

But, a hurt arm is so different...please take care Beth!

So I started a new cross stitch pattern using floss and aida from stash. It is for the wedding of the girl who was my junior bridesmaid in my wedding. Wow that makes me feel old. I am using Red floss on white aida. Gonna frame it in Black frame and then I usually get two matching frames to match that way they can put the cross stitch and two wedding photos on the wall. here is the pattern i am using Havent gotten far but hope to get it done in time then I have another one to make for my cousin. http://www.123stitch.com/cgi-perl/itemdetail.pl?item=11-1938

Great to hear it beth! I've been participating in swaps to get me to use up thread. This one made it to its new home in New Zealand last week:

I'm really happy with how it came out.Smiley

I found these 4x5 plastic picture protectors and I want to fill them up with YOUR art. Let's swap.

I love the colors and the simplicity of the hoop.

I love how the negative space is a nice surprise!  You did a fabulous job on that hoop!

I also think that a personalized wedding cross stitch is very special...beats getting a crock pot... Cheesy

So I finished up a wedding present for a family friends daughter. I used her wedding invitation as the inspiration for this. I also used thread and material all from my stash. Not that it used up much, but it was something. She really seemed to like it too. I created the pattern on Pc stitch 10. Pretty easy once I figured out how to use the program.
