So this is the progress on my next de-stashing project.  Im trying to use colours I have rather than buying them.  So some of the colour choices are  Embarrassed haha, but at this rate Ill need to buy a bulk lot of embroidery threads in after the summer.  Also after completing and enjoying my heart project I think I no longer hate pink.  This thread has had a very positive impact on me Smiley
I didnt get a chance to comment before, but I love the silhouette hoop (are you taking part in the hoopla swap too? I really like the inventive use of the backing fabric) and the birds (so sweet, will definately have to look out for the rainbow of stitches book).

Wow jolyton that looks like quite and undertaking. Looks like you could destash all your thread at once with that project.

So went to the Chiropractor today he said I pulled my anterior Deltoid and I would have to hold off crafting for a while longer. So crazy. And I have 2 half finished needlework projects calling my name and taunting me. Guess I will live vicariously though you all for now.  Keep up the great work.

That's a bummer about your anterior Deltoid beth8144. But at least you have plenty work to live through on here.Wink Thanks for the compliment Jolyon, and yes, I am in the current hoopla swap. Although I haven't gotten to start working on it yet.Tongue Too many projects calling me to finish them...

I hope you recover swiftly Beth. I always find my mind is over flowing with ideas when I can't craft which makes it even more frustrating! Ill keep my fingers crossed for a swift recovery, maybe you could train up your family members in the meantime!! Smiley

Just thought Id post a bit more progress.  I ve had to put this project on the backburner for a bit whilst I start/continue/finish my hoopla swap piece.  Im really happy with how its coming along though.

The test will be all the detail on those letters.
When I return and finish the asbury park I think Ill be heading to the bottom right and doing the second easiest cover 'Born in the USA' Im a long way off that though Wink
I bought the frame for it yesterday so I this definately cant be an indefinate work in progress! Smiley
