This is the first quilt I have ever made all by myself so it is by no means fancy. I have made only one quilt before and that was with the help of my aunt who has all the neat quilting tools that I wish I have. Anywho, this is a Christmas gift for a friend of mine who loves football and he really loves the Patriots. Hopefully he loves quilts too.

The whole quilt. It is around 6 feet long and 5 feet wide.

And just to peek at the back because its just black

I am really hoping he likes it. I've never been so nervous about a gift. But if its a hideous mess please let me know!  Smiley Happy Hoildays!

As a huge Pats fan I would just like to say this is AWESOME! That's really neat how you did the rectangular spirals for the quilting. May I ask what kind of machine you used for that? Thanks!
