Okay, I desparately want to try this, but is there any way you could post a few more illustrations?  I'm having a little trouble figuring some of this out and do better with a few more pictures.  I'm also not sure about how this should be worn.  I'm expecting my second child soon and really don't want to screw this up!  I'd had to have the baby fall out in the middle of the mall or something.

Thanks!

Follow the link above to the New Native site. This kind of sling is about the same as theirs, and they have lots of info on how to use these carriers.

I have to make at LEAST one of these Smiley

I like that Jan Andrea's site!
What would be th best fabric choices for these?  Would cotton khaki work (like you would make kahki pants out of- almost denim)

I think it would work fine, it just wouldn't "give" very much.
My favorite fabric is fleece or stretchable cotton fabric that has just a little stretch to it that way it is a little more forgiving if you make it tight. Smiley

heres my version... thanks again for the super easy directions!!

i used a satiny fabric and i heard that a bow near your shoulder helps keep it in place so i used a black satin ribbon and tied it there!
