I got my first stars today, from xxmyjelloxx.  Super sweet - I love the variety of mediums and techniques.

There is a wooden sparkly pink one, a blue crayon one, a tin one, a woven one from recycled magazines, and an origami shiny purple one.  Here they are:

I am using a huge 1/2 gallon mason jar for my hearts and thought I could pop my stars in there also, but the stars are a bit wider and more rigid and won't fit through the mouth of the jar, so I'll have to find a new container to use just for them... I'm thinking a wide-mouth vase.  That means we have to have more swaps so I can fill up both jars!!   Grin

I'm so happy everybody loved them Smiley
I really enjoyed making them. I wanted them all to be in different mediums because I sewed most of my hearts.

I'm using a pickle jar for both my hearts and stars, however, I just realized I might have to change just like Cabaute mentioned above. We really do need to do more swaps like this Smiley

I received these, Saturday, from Luvebuggy99. I really like the wooden one! i never thought of using puffy paint like that!
There's a beaded felt on, an origami one, a perler bead one, a wooden one, and one made of something i've never seen before, lol. What is that stuff? it's really cool looking!

I'm glad you like them Smiley) I had alot of fun making them. That other material is actually clay. I had some colored clay left over from another project and I was able to make stars out of it Smiley
