I made this for Calabaza for a swap, and I love how it turned out!!! I used this tutorial: http://www.cluckclucksew.com/2011/03/tutorial-sprocket-pillows.html. There are two template sizes, and this one was made using the 'small' one. It was actually really easy to make (which is good for me!).

I think I need to make some more now...or at least one for myself! Thanks for looking!

Aww thanks! I just stuffed it with that poly-fill stuffing from Walmart. I bought the smallest bag and only used half of it!

Those are great!! Good job and THANKS for the link  Grin

I've been thinking and pondering and wondering what to make my grandcat  Cheesy for Christmas and this is IT!!  I made the new grandpuppy a couple cool jackets and wanted to make something special for kitty also.  Hitting the scrappy basket first thing tomorrow!  Instead of a button in the middle I might just sew on a fabric yoyo or something a bit softer for when his kittiness lays on it lol.   Cheesy Cheesy thanks  Kiss

Thanks! I have great scraps!
Two where made for residents I look after, I got them to place the triangles how they wanted them.
The rest I don't know, just got caught up, cutting and sewing. Grin
The finished one I took into work today and the guy was happy with his, I will finish the ladies one with pink buttons so they can tell theirs apart easily.
I am thinking I would like to make them even bigger, (this was the bigger pattern), but can imagine them as great floor cushions.

I'd recomend giving them a go Jolyon, they are great for scraps and really easy to sew, any wonkey seams get hidden by the button!
PS, any gathering on the sides I pass off as a design feature!

This is absolutely gorgeous and I DO have a lot of scraps that need using up! May have to bust out a few of these for my living room, I'm thinking a lightweight assortment of Denimy look fabrics, or all stripes or all checks, wouldn't those look awesome.

WARNING CLOWNS BELOW

OK I'm terrified of clowns... but my mom gave me some sweet vintage fabric with clowns that didn't seem too menacing:

The blacks are velvet and corduroy, the back is just the same clown fabric.

Thanks again for posting StickerChic87! I have you to blame for this new pillow addiction! Cheesy
