I made this for nooo in the vintage Christmas tin swap.  I got a few tips from knickertwist, and used an antique photo that I found in a local shop - I love this guy and wonder what the story was behind this photo.

Thanks kitsch - and yes, in fact it is a little unpainted plaster frame that I got in the dollar bin at Michaels!!  I wasn't sure it was the right thing, but brought it home, easily peeled off the back and punched out the plastic "glass". painted it silver and it was perfect!
