YAY for round 77!  I am going to finish my two 76 claims this weekend then come stalk the lists.  I am in desparate need of a few last minute Christmas items for my dad/brother/sister!!! EEK!

Speaking of, this http://9gag.com/gag/35940/ is what I want to make/receive for my dad and one of my brothers.  I have no idea where to find the supplies or what the clip thingys are even called.  Anyone have any ideas?

That bracelet looks like it is made of utility cord/nylon cord.  You should be able to find it at a hardware store or a store with a camping dept (walmart or academy) or on-line.  The clips are slide release buckles and you should be able to find them at a craft/fabric store or on-line.

I don't know if I'm going to be able to join you ladies again this month...probably will have to wait until January.

you should be able to get the clips at camping or outdoor type stores as well, as they are used for rucsacks etc.

They're called parachute clips.  I figured this out when my kids broke theirs on their bike helmets.

I really wanna join this swap again, hope I get a free  spot soon.

worst case you can go to a cheap thrift shop look in the old back packs and fanny packs and find them cute them off and recycle them

I expect it's just that people are still catching up from the holidays and working on the next one.  I did notice that the link you gave above goes to the new discussion thread. It shouldn't be an issue, but maybe a link to the claims thread as well would help?
