I just completed this set of Wonky Donkeys for my granddaughter for Christmas.  They are crocheted and have plastic facial accents. I call them Wonkey Donkeys because their eyes make them look so silly. They also remind me of the donkey in Shrek. They make such a sweet couple and clearly, they are in love!

I hope you enjoy them as much as I did making them.

These donkeys were based on a pony pattern (http://members.optusnet.com.au/we2/perfectpony.html) that I modified. I used Mr. Potato Head eyes and mouths to give them more character.
