Nope, it's a glittery cardstock. The sand in the hourglass is the same.

JUST WENT THROUGH THE JAN GALLERY AND WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE CARDS CREATED. CAN'T WAIT TO GET MORE OF THEM, AND TO SEE WHAT NEXT MONTHS GALLERY BRINGS. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS SWAP.
