I finally finished this project I started back in October (I'm notorious for not finishing things lol). I made this for a friend at work who is having a little boy.  I used this pattern: http://www.handcraftingwithlove.net/yarn/pat-ripple.html

I used Lion Brand Vanna's Choice Baby in Aqua, Angel White and Little Boy Blue. ~2 skeins of each blue, and 3-3 1/2 for the white. It's made with dc all the way through, so it was actually really fast to make once I actually worked on it! And I finished it with a hdc border along the straight sides.

Sorry the pics kind of suck, I was trying to get a good pic before all my animals decided to lay on it.

Thanks! I really want to make another one just like it, but bigger. It's super warm!

oh that was like a flashback!
I have an almost identical blanket made for my baby son, who is now 23.
I have always loved it and know that the baby and mum will just be so chuffed at your awesome gift!
