Thanks for the heads up!  It looks like you ended up with two pies?  I think I might have to halve the recipe so we just end up with one pie Cheesy

Yup!  Two pies.  I've started making one and baking it right away, and freezing the filling for the second one (my fridge is a side by side, so my freezer is really narrow, and my pie plate won't fit in it!) and making it at a later date.

Sewers are for ninja turtles--seamstresses are for sewing Wink

Wow- I can imagine this entire recipe taking a long time but the results being absolutely scrumptious! I haven't ever made a pot pie from scratch but I'm definitely in the mood to give this one a try!
