Yup!  Two pies.  I've started making one and baking it right away, and freezing the filling for the second one (my fridge is a side by side, so my freezer is really narrow, and my pie plate won't fit in it!) and making it at a later date.

Wow- I can imagine this entire recipe taking a long time but the results being absolutely scrumptious! I haven't ever made a pot pie from scratch but I'm definitely in the mood to give this one a try!
