I did this after work last night, and was relatively pleased with how it turned out.  I found this great sheet of Wonder Woman paper earlier that day and knew I had to find a place in my current altered book for itthe page called "Fashion Personality" just screamed collage.  Also used cutouts of figures from other pages in the book, some retro paper and sticker, colored rhinestones, eyelets, and some vintage sequins and hat bangles.

My altered pages tend to be more like layouts than collagesit must be the editor in me.  This is my first collage attempt using more than just paper and paint.  Any ideas or suggestions for the future?

That is so fabulous!  I love Wonder Woman (mostly because my name is Diana--same as Wonder Woman's alter ego...also because I had a kickin' set of Wonder Woman Underoos when I was a kid).  I found some Wonder Woman paper that was printed with a comic strip over and over again and made two accordian books, a decoupaged box as well as a thank you card.  Wonder Woman is very diverse.  Nice job on the altered book!

This is awesome!

I don't think you need any suggestions. In my limited experience all art/craft/writing/creating/imagining is based on personal preference/experience/opinions and can't really be dictated by the thoughts of others. Yeah its nice to hear them from time to time (particularily if they have nice things to say), but do what you feel in your creative heart and everything should pull together to the point where you are most happy with it, and really, thats all that should matter.

Thanks for the input.  I was a little doubtful about posting this because I'm not too experienced with collage like this.  Now I want to do another!  *runs off with glitter and other sparkly non-paper collage-able things*

Thanks.  I found it at the scrapbook store near me.  They had some new comic book superhero papers, and I saw the Wonder Woman sheet and knew I had to do something with it.  If you have a scrapbooking store nearby, check there.
